H. Cenk EYNEHAN

CEO and Member of the Board of Directors
H. Cenk Eynehan completed his associate degree in Economics at Erasmus University in the Netherlands, his bachelor's degree in Business at Monroe College in the USA, and postgraduate studies in Foreign Trade and Marketing at New York University. He completed his Executive MBA at Koç University and the Strategic Management in Banking Senior Executive program at INSEAD (Executive Education).

He started his banking career in 1994 at DHB Bank (Nederlands) N.V and held various management and business development positions until 2001. Eynehan continued his career as a managing partner in the real sector from 2002 to 2004 and held senior executive positions from 2005 to 2013.

Since August 2, 2013, H. Cenk Eynehan has been serving as the CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors at PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. He also served as a Board Member of PASHA Bank Georgia from September 2015 to December 2018.

His experience in banking and business spans over 30 years.

Ayşe Hale YILDIRIM

Deputy CEO
Ayşe Hale Yıldırım completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at Istanbul University, followed by a master's degree in Management Information Systems at Istanbul Bilgi University.

She began her banking career at Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. (TEB) between 1998 and 2004, then held various positions in the corporate banking departments of Finansbank A.Ş. until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, she served as the Marketing Director and Deputy General Manager at Ekspo Factoring A.Ş.

Joining PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. in 2013 as the Unit Manager responsible for Corporate Marketing, Ayşe Hale Yıldırım has been serving as the Deputy General Manager since May 17, 2019. In her current role, she is responsible for Corporate and Commercial Banking, Corporate Communications, Operations, Legal, Project Management and Administrative Affairs.

Her experience in banking and business spans over 25 years.
